Postcards to Dr Johnson

Dear Dr Johnson –

I have an idea. Rummage in your pockets for me.

Postcards to Dr Johnson is a short story told through by postcards by Kim Sherwood, written while researching AWTR at Dr Johnson’s House, transformed into a limited edition artists book by Rosie Sherwood.

First edition copies of the book are available HERE

Kim Sherwood is an author and creative writing lecturer at the University of Edinburgh, where she lives in the city. Kim Sherwood’s first novel, Testament (2018), won the Bath Novel Award and Harper’s Bazaar Big Book Award. It was longlisted for the Desmond Elliot Prize and shortlisted for the Author’s Club Best First Novel Pick. In 2019, she was shortlisted for The Sunday Times Young Writer of the Year Award.
